Studio

A studio, not a profile.

We keep biography off the site on purpose. Names, faces, and résumés are the easiest kind of trust to fake and the least useful kind to buy. What actually predicts a good engagement is method — how work is planned, reviewed, delivered, and kept running. That is what this page is about.

Depth, carried forward.

We come from full-lifecycle studio practice — concept, custom systems, and long-run operation for real businesses. The majority of those systems stayed in production for ten to fifteen years: maintained, extended, and relied on daily long after the launch was forgotten. Building for that horizon changes how you make decisions.

That muscle now serves AI-era products and internal operations. The disciplines transfer; the tools have changed. We do not list the tools, because the tool is never the point.

Specification first.

Documentation is the source of truth, not chat residue. We write the plan, we agree on it, and only then does anything consequential change. When the plan is right, execution is calm.

Review on what matters.

People approve the decisions that carry risk. Agents execute the safe, well-scoped path inside that approval. Irreversible change waits for an explicit human sign-off — every time, not when it's convenient.

Isolation and clear ownership.

Parallel work runs in isolation, with unambiguous ownership of each piece and structured review where the pieces meet. Internals stay internal. Clients receive short, usable summaries instead of a firehose of process.

Evaluation before rewrite.

We characterize an existing system before we replace any part of it — known-good behavior first, failure modes named, regressions caught. Modernization that skips this step is just a faster way to break something that worked.

Security as posture, not paperwork.

Deploy walls, read-only constraints, and governance on anything that can mutate production. Background and asynchronous delivery lanes exist when the work genuinely needs them. We keep the specifics unnamed on purpose — the discipline is the deliverable, not the checklist.

A clear problem is enough.

The first thing we produce is not code. It is a written understanding of the outcome, the constraint that cannot move, and the point at which a decision actually matters. Bring those three and the rest of the conversation is short.

FAQ

What is CodeMango?
CodeMango is a B2B AI studio for founders, CTOs, and operations leaders building SaaS products and internal systems. We take a problem from clarity through build and into reliable operation.
How does CodeMango work?
Specification first. Consequential changes wait for explicit human approval. Parallel work runs in isolation with clear ownership, and evaluation precedes rewrite when we modernize an existing system.
Does CodeMango show team photos or founder bios?
No. The studio keeps a discreet, institutional posture. Our method is the point, not our faces.
Does CodeMango publish pricing?
No. Engagements differ enough in shape that a published rate would mislead, so pricing is discussed directly.
How do I contact CodeMango?
On the contact page, give a work email, optionally your company website, and press to record a short spoken brief. We do not collect a name or a typed message.
How does CodeMango handle privacy?
We are GDPR-first. No advertising pixels and no analytics cookies by default. Privacy requests go through the contact form. Details are on the Privacy page.
