Work

The work, described without the names.

Our clients do not want their internal systems discussed in public, and we would rather keep that trust than decorate a page with logos. So we describe the work itself: the problem as we found it, what we changed, and what was true afterwards. Sectors and timelines are real; names and identifying details are withheld by agreement.

If your problem rhymes with one of these, tell us.

Most of the work we take on looks unremarkable from the outside — an operation that has outgrown its tools, a system nobody wants to touch, a piece of automation that has quietly become load-bearing. Those are the good ones.
