1. Agreement
By using this site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy policy.
2. The studio
CodeMango is a B2B AI studio. Content on this site is informational and describes the kind of work we do. Nothing here is an offer to contract. An engagement exists only once we and you sign a separate written agreement.
3. Inquiries
An inquiry requires a work email and a completed press-to-record message; a company website may be provided but is optional. You confirm that you are authorized to contact us from that address, and that your message contains nothing unlawful and no confidential information or secrets you are not entitled to share. Sending an inquiry creates no obligation on either side: we are not required to respond or to enter into an engagement, and you commit to nothing by writing to us.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, and marks on this site belong to CodeMango OÜ or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, attempt to bypass its security controls, submit malicious payloads, or impersonate CodeMango.
6. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, nor that any inquiry will be reviewed within a particular timeframe.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODEMANGO OÜ IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR FROM INQUIRIES. Aggregate liability for site-use claims is limited to EUR 100.
8. Indemnity
You will indemnify us, to the extent permitted by law, against claims arising from your misuse of the site or from unlawful content in an inquiry.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn has exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
